TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A person does not need to be a current Broadstaff employee to submit referrals. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to Broadstaff. There is no limit to the number of candidates a person can refer.
Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, Broadstaff will honor the first referring party only.
Ambassador and applicant payout bonuses are determined by the tier of the job placement. Payout amounts and job placements included under each tier are as follows:
SAPPHIRE TIER - $500 Ambassador Payout / $100 Applicant Payout
Includes but is not limited to: direct hire management/office roles, project managers, senior project managers, C-Suite level roles, estimators, senior estimators, construction managers, safety managers, site acquisition specialists, etc.
COBALT TIER - $300 Ambassador Payout / $75 Applicant Payout
Includes but is not limited to: direct hire non- management level roles, service technicians, foreman, field technicians, project coordinators, project administrators, assistant project managers, OSP field engineers, safety engineers, drafters, etc.
AZURE TIER - $150 Ambassador Payout / $50 Applicant Payout
Includes but is not limited to: contract and contract-to-hire placements.
For contract and contract-to-hire placements, referral bonuses are paid out following 90 days of successful employment. For direct hire placements, referral bonuses are paid upon fulfillment of the contractual placement guarantee period. Broadstaff reserves the right to change, modify or terminate this program at any time.
Broadstaff ambassadors can earn up to $500 per referral. Applicants can earn up to $100. Bonuses are subject to approval after placement, a minimum term, and/or assignment completion.
